  Clifford (Mark) Alonzi Clifford works in a Mayo Clinic branch. (1995) OBITUARY Clifford "Mark" Alonzi, age 52 of Queen Creek, Arizona passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 15, 2008. Mark was born in Lakewood, Colorado to Louis and Dorothy Alonzi. He is survived by his wife Coleen and son Jess. He is also survived by father, Louis Alonzi, his sister Karen (Bruce) Van Gundy, brothers Louis (Dale) Alonzi and David (Viki) Alonzi and nieces and nephews in Arizona and Colorado. He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Alonzi. Services will be held on June 26 at 11 a.m. at Calvary Chapel in Queen Creek, AZ.
