HUGO PAUL DEHNER, 88, of Wenatchee, Wash., formerly of Iowa City, died Tuesday morning in his home after a long illness. Services: 2 p.m. Saturday, Donohue-Lensing Funeral Home, where friends may call after noon. Burial: Oakland Cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Mary; a son, Robert of San Carlos, Calif.; and two daughters, Marilyn Varnum of Newton and Barbara Bockenstedt of Wenatchee, Wash.
