Peter Buch, age 56, with his family, left Tuinsdorf, Germany, traveling across France to the port of La Harve. There they boarded the ship "Dennis" and sailed to the U. S., arriving in New York on Nov. 22, 1855. Traveling with him were Constantine 23, Peter Paul 21, Anna 17, and Magdalena 13. Also his daughter Anna Maria 32, her husband Mathias Leinen 39, and their children; Nicholas 10, Constant 8, Mathias 6, Anna 3, and Anna Rosalia 2.
