Ashes interred at Harpeth Valley Memorial Garden in Nashville, Tennessee SOURCE: Update from Hammes reunion June 24, 2007 OBITUARY George J. Stahl died Friday, June 9, 2006 in Tennessee. He was born in Keokuk, Iowa and was married to Dorothy Conklin of Harper, Iowa in 1959. He is survived by his wife; his children, Craig, Kathy Breeden, Steven and Shari; five grandchildren; and his mother-in-law, Viola Heisdorffer of Harper, Iowa. He was preceded in death by a grandson; his parents; and his father-in-law, Cleo Conklin.A memorial mass was held on June 13, with a private burial in Franklin, Tennessee.
