    • OBITUARY Lawrence Hammes, 82, Sigourney
      SIGOURNEY - Lawrence “Bud” Hammes, 82, died Friday, Sept. 29, 2006 at Lantern Park Nursing Center in Coralville.
      Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary Catholic Church in Sigourney. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery.
      Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Monday at Holm
      Funeral Home in Sigourney. Family will be present after 6 p.m. at the church, where a rosary will begin at 7 p.m.
      Memorials may be made to hospice or to the wishes of the family.
